Sweet & Hot Chicken Enchiladas

Easiest enchiladas you’ll ever make!

Preheat oven to 400.

Warm pot with oil and begin cooking chicken on medium.

Add the peppers and cook throughly.

Pull out chicken and shred.

Put back in, add Taco Seasoning and water.

Simmer on low.

Add Chicken to Tortilla with a bit of cheese, roll up and place in glass pan.

Fill fully and then pour in Enchilada sauce.

Add lots of cheese and cook until crispy on top.

Add salsa, sour creme, lime, tomatoes...you name it.
